6 or 7 slightly stale croissants, torn into small pieces
2 cups cream
2 cups milk
2 cups sugar
8 eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla
1/2 dropper butterscotch flavor
Mix all ingredients minus croissants thoroughly, then pour over croissants in a bowl or in the pan you plan to use to cook. Let sit 30 minutes to 2 hours. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minute, or until center is set.
