This must happen to other people, right? Sometimes, when I clench my PC muscle, it causes my lower back to crack (very satisfyingly). As I understand the anatomy, this makes sense! Another thing that frequently does it is, if I'm lying on my side, just lifting the upper leg slightly. It's great.
