The past 3 or so weeks, whenever I have a morning when I can sleep in, my brain wakes me up at 8:00 and says, "Look! It's 8:00! We can't do anymore sleeping! *bing!* *bing!*"
It's incredibly annoying. Especially since it doesn't seem to help particularly on days when i do need to get up. Although, since I get up at 7:30 most work days, maybe I'm just ahead of the curve on those days.
