Today, the inside of my brain is like this:

It's as though someone took a deck of cards and spread them out in a neat fan across the table, and I'm supposed to go through and sort them into piles according to... but every 10 seconds, the criteria for piles changes, and I have to start reordering them. Sometimes, the work I did several iterations ago didn't get undone enough for the same criteria to come back around, and I have a little stack started in that order, but mostly, it means I'm making mini piles and then unmaking them for new ones and never really getting anywhere.

It's kinda tiresome.
