If you were a cocktail, what would you be, and why?

Feel free to make up a cocktail if no pre-existing one suits you.
I'm feeling: chipperchipper

Ginger basil gimlet
It has a lot going on, and it all works pretty well together. Not to everyone's taste, but very popular among those who like that kind of thing.

Hrm. Is there a bar where I can sample the literal, not metaphorical, drink. I feel like proportions is key here.

I first had it at Om in Harvard Square. Don't know if it's still on the menu, but if it is, I recommend it. But, then, I would ;)

Dirty martini, made with Hendrick's and Noilly Pratt.

First, because of the name.

And it's tangy, and salty, and umami ... and it's made from exotic, but not impossible to find, ingredients.

Currently? A Shirley Temple-- non-alcoholic and for kids.

More generally, a shot of bourbon-- handcrafted, made in America and sometimes I burn a little.

I expect I'd be a Whiskey Sour. I might be prejudiced though, I have memories of the sugar and alcohol getting me through sweat licked hours dancing in my youth.

Lately I've been feeling like a Sazerac, old-fashioned, unique, and controversial.
