looking for bitter ingredients
Hey, y'all, does anyone know where in the Boston area I might find:

* cinchona (quinine) bark
* quassia ... powder? chips? shavings? whatever, really
* gentian
* cherry bark
I'm feeling: sleepysleepy

You're welcome to take some of the bark from our deceased cherry tree - don't know if it's supposed to be a certain kind of cherry, but it's free and local.

Oh, thanks! Uh. I have no idea, either. I'll dig around and see what I can learn!

I get the gentian for my bitters at Cambridge Naturals.

I was about to report on your bitters-activities, but you were too quick for me.

Oh, awesome. I didn't see the other items there when I looked, but I wasn't looking for gentian at that point. Thanks!

My red cinchona bark arrived in the mail while I was in Boston. Want some?

If you have plenty, I would love some!
